Step by Step Instructions
Line your loaf tin with baking paper, mix your cake batter according to the instructions then fill the tin. Bake until a skewer comes out clean. Turn out onto a cooling rack and allow to cool slightly (approximately 20 minutes).

Next use one third of the tin of caramel, and spread evenly with a spatula

Next, spread one-third of the ice cream into the tin. Repeat the process, layering cake, caramel, and ice cream two more times, finishing with a final layer of ice cream on top.
Wrap the Capri Clingwrap, up over the top of the cake. Smooth out with fingers. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

Just prior to serving, decorate the top of the cake with Caramello Koalas, breaking up some of the chocolates and allowing the caramel to ooze out.

- 1 L caramel swirl ice cream of your choice (we used Aussie made Bulla Murray St caramel swirl with shortbread pieces)
- 395 g Nestlé Top ‘n’ Fill Caramel (1 tin)
- 12 pack of Caramello Koalas

Bake the Cake Base:
- Prepare the cake mix according to the packet instructions. Use a loaf tin lined with baking paper for a perfect shape.
- Allow the cake to cool completely, then cut it horizontally into three even layers.

Line the Tin:
- Clean and dry the loaf tin, then line it with Capri Clingwrap, ensuring there’s enough overhang to cover the top.

Assemble the Layers:
- Start with a layer of cake at the bottom of the tin.
- Spread a generous layer of Nestlé Top ‘n’ Fill Caramel over the brownie.
- Add a layer of caramel swirl ice cream, smoothing it evenly.
- Repeat the layers (brownie, caramel, ice cream) until all ingredients are used, finishing with a brownie layer on top.

Freeze:
- Cover the top with the cling wrap overhang. Place the cake in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until fully set.

Decorate and Serve:
- Remove the ice cream cake from the tin by pulling the cling wrap. Carefully place it onto a serving plate and peel off the cling wrap. The ice cream should be on the top.
- Decorate with Caramello Koalas.
- Slice and serve immediately.
