Change of mind:
To return stock due to a change of mind, the purchaser must do so within 30 days of purchase. Photos of the stock and details of the order are to be emailed to customerservice@envirochoice.com.au to begin the returns process. The product must be undamaged and in re-sellable condition. Envirochoice will not cover the cost to return items. Once our team is satisfied that the items have been returned in satisfactory condition, a refund will be issued.
Faulty products:
If stock arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged goods and email customerservice@envirochoice.com.au with your order details. This must be done within 30 days of purchase. Customer service will then assist with the return of goods, and supply replacement items or a full refund. Envirochoice will cover the cost of shipping (if applicable).
